The velocity of transmission of the SDTV-SDI Digital Video Signal is of 270Mbps while the one of a HDTV-SDI High Definition Digital Video Signal is of 1,485 Gbps.

The HDTV technology comprehends two formats that differ either for resolution or for image scanning conditions.

This coaxial cable allows the transmission of HDTV signal in the HDV (720p) resolution 1280x720 format with progressive scanning or in the HD (1080i) resolution 1920x1080 format with interlaced scanning at highest resolution and high frequency on the maximum distances of 80 mt.
